Data Management System
The Kaweah Subbasin Data Management System (DMS) is a foundational component of the Subbasin’s compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). The DMS serves to store and manage data related to groundwater conditions across the Subbasin to help the three, local Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSA) achieve long term groundwater sustainability. This data collected will be make available to the public via the DMS site.

SGMA Map Viewer is an interactive online tool developed by the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to allow anyone to find their local Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA).
Kaweah Water Dashboard
The Kaweah Water Dashboard is a tool that empowers our landowners to strategically respond to the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) by delivering key water use insights at the farm level. The Kaweah Water Dashboard is a joint effort between all three Kaweah Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSA).
SGMA Portal – MKGSA Map
The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Portal is a tool accessible to agencies and the public. With no account login required, the public has the ability to view and download information related to groundwater sustainability agencies (GSAs). groundwater sustainability plans (GSP), adjudicated areas, and basin boundary modifications. Public comments can also be submitted to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) without a login.

Department of Water Resources’ (DWR) Groundwater Live tool allows anyone to explore the latest groundwater information and live statistics.

This tool offers the most current local and statewide water conditions down to the region and even your neighborhood. This information is updated dynamically from a variety of data sources. Everyone is welcome to research, learn, and stay informed about California’s most precious resource — water.
